Christopher is a client-oriented, results-driven professional having held leadership roles with major organizations in Canada and internationally. Christopher has a PhD in Organizational Leadership from the U.S. He brings a unique combination of business and IT acumen to provide value to clients.
As Project Manager, Portfolio Manager and Program Manager - he has led geographically dispersed teams in the delivery of enterprise Business and IT projects. Christopher has an MBA from Canada specializing in Project Management. He is certified as Project Management Professional (PMI-PMP) from the Project Management Institute, U.S. Christopher has received accolades from business and IT senior management for successful project delivery.
Christopher has been engaged in Agile Transformations / Change Initiatives in major organizations in Canada. Christopher is certified as a Change Management Practitioner (CMP) from APMG, International. He has the Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) from the Project Management Institute, U.S. As a member of the Scrum Alliance in the U.S., he is Certified as a Scrum Master (CSM) and Certified Agile Leader (CAL) - and designated as Certified Scrum Professional (CSP).
Christopher has been engaged by major training vendors to create, as well as, facilitate in-classroom and virtual-classroom workshops in the corporate and public sectors in Canada; in areas of Leadership, Change Management, and Project Management (Agile and Waterfall). Participants have referred to Christopher as inspirational, knowledgeable, and thought-provoking.
Christopher has been designated as an Adjunct Professor at Colleges and Universities in Canada and the U.S. He has taught (inclusive of online delivery) a continuing education curriculum designed for adult learners and International students. Christopher has a Certificate in Adult Training and Development from University of Toronto, Canada.
Christopher has been invited as a guest speaker to speak on topics of Leadership, Project Management and Agile; most recently at the 2019 PMO Global Alliance Conference, and 2019 HRPA and the 2019 IP4L conferences on the subject of Agile enablement. He is a member of Toastmasters International and has been designated as Competent Communicator (CC).
Christopher has continuous Project Management Institute (PMI) involvement since 2004. He is a Past Director of Communications at the PMI Chapter in Ontario - Canada. He has served as a Mentor to Project Management Professionals in Canada and internationally. Christopher led the Educational Partnership and Outreach (EPO) team to promote and increase awareness of the Project Management Profession, and PMI to future Project Managers at Colleges and Universities in Canada.
